(Photo:formal dresses) Fashion designer Chen Wen's new D'Nim Jeans Collection, with the theme of "oil painting," was on show on March 28, 2015 at China Fashion Week, held in Beijing. The inspiration for the show came from oil painting of Provence.
Chen Wen's latest collection was divided into three parts, which represented the abstract seasonal flow of "autumn, winter and freezing winter." In cooperation with the cow models, the fashion show presented a new perspective of the many beautiful landscapes and scenic points folded throughout central Europe.
The combination of the old-fashioned jeans and traditional Chinese embroidery as well as filigree inlaid metal art — one of the eight traditional arts and crafts of Beijing — was another highlight of the show. The new collection from Chen Wei not only focused on comfort but used traditional Chinese art as well.
Materials used for the D'Nim Jeans Collection were cut out into various forms and then applied with the latest cutting-edge technologies to break free from the traditional design ideas of denim wear. Different patterns with charming landscapes brought the models to new heights of appreciation, reflective of the soaring natural landscapes woven into their denim.
Chen Wei, a painter and the main designer behind the women's jeans collection, had a big contributing hand in the fashion show, putting much emphasis on art, fashion, tech and environmental protection.Read more here:short formal dresses
