Som alla vet är det mest grundläggande innom islam att föra in världen under dess styre. Under Dar al Islam. Resterande områden som ej tillhör Dar Al Islam tillhör Dar Al Harb, d.v.s Krigets hus. Det finns ingen fred innan hela världen förts in under Dar al Islam.

Koranens åsikt om otrogna:

4.89 They desire that you should disbelieve as they have disbelieved, so that you might be (all) alike; therefore take not from among them friends until they fly (their homes) in Allah's way; but if they turn back, then seize them and kill them wherever you find them, and take not from among them a friend or a helper.

4.91 then seize them and kill them wherever you find them; and against these We have given.you a clear authority.

2.191 And kill them wherever you find them

2.244 And fight in the way of Allah, and know that Allah is Hearing, Knowing.

9.5 So when the sacred months have passed away, then kill the idolaters wherever you find them, and take them captives and besiege them and lie in wait for them in every ambush, then if they repent and keep up prayer and pay the poor-rate, leave their way free to them; surely Allah is Forgiving, Merciful.

9.29 Fight those who do not believe in Allah, nor in the latter day, nor do they prohibit what Allah and His Apostle have prohibited, nor follow the religion of truth, out of those who have been given the Book, until they pay the tax in acknowledgment of superiority and they are in a state of subjection.

9.38 O you who believe! What (excuse) have you that when it is said to you: Go forth in Allah's way, you should incline heavily to earth; are you contented with this world's life instead of the hereafter? But the provision of this world's life compared with the hereafter is but little.

9.41 Go forth light and heavy, and strive hard in Allah's way with your property and your persons; this is better for you, if you know

33.6 "Accursed, they will be seized wherever found and slain with a (fierce) slaughter... ...Allah has condemned the disbelievers, and has prepared for them Hell.

64.8 ...But the unbelieving those who gave the lie to our signs shall be the inmates of Hellfire, wherein they shall remain for ever.

4.74 Whoever fights in the cause of GOD, then gets killed, or attains victory, we will surely grant him a great recompense.

8.12 I will cast terror into the hearts of those who disbelieve. Therefore strike off their heads and strike off every fingertip of them

9.73 O Prophet! strive hard against the unbelievers and the hypocrites and be unyielding to them; and their abode is hell, and evil is the destination.

9.123 O you who believe! fight those of the unbelievers who are near to you and let them find in you hardness; and know that Allah is with those who guard (against evil).

25.52 So do not follow the unbelievers, and strive against them a mighty striving with it.

5.33 The punishment of those who wage war against Allah and His apostle and strive to make mischief in the land is only this, that they should be murdered or crucified or their hands and their feet should be cut off on.... opposite sides

47.4 So when you meet in battle those who disbelieve, then smite the necks until when you have overcome them

2.193 And fight with them until there is no persecution, and religion should be only for Allah

Chapter 9.9 Jihad
Jihad means to war against non-Muslims, and is derived from the word mujahada signifying warfare to establish the religion
The scriptural basis for jihad, prior to scholarly consensus (7.7) is found in such Koranic verses as:
1. (Offensive) fighting is obligatory for you (Koran 2.216);
2. And fight against the unbelievers all together as they themselves fight against you all together . (Koran 9.36);
and such Prophetic quotations (Ahadiths) as the one related by Bukhari and Muslim that the Prophet - may Allah venerate him and give him peace - said:
I have been commanded to fight people until they bear witness that there is no god except Allah and that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah, and perform the prayer, and pay the obligatory charity (zakat). If they say it, they have saved their blood and possessions from me, except for the rights of Islam over them. And their final reckoning is with Allah;
and the Prophetic quotation (Ahadith) reported by Muslim:
To go forth in the morning or evening to fight in the path of Allah is better than the whole world and everything in it.''

9.9.1 The Obligatory character of Jihad
Jihad is a Communal obligation (8.3.2). When enough people engage in jihad to accomplish it successfully, it is no longer obligatory upon others the evidence for which is the Prophet's saying - may Allah venerate him and give him peace -
"He who provides the equipment for a soldier in jihad has himself performed jihad,"

9.9.4 Those obligated to fight in Jihad
Those called upon to fight are every able bodied man who has reached puberty and is sane.

9.9.8 Objectives of Jihad
The caliph (9.25) makes war upon Jews, Christians (Nazarenes), and Zoroastrians provided he has first invited them to enter Islam in faith and practice, and if they will not, then invited them to enter the social order of Islam by paying the non-Muslim poll tax (jizya, def: 9.11.4). Their circumstances remain as such until they either become covert to Islam or continue paying the non-Muslim poll-tax.
Allah, the Most High says:
Fight those who neither believe in Allah nor the Last Day, who do not forbid what Allah and His Messenger have forbidden, and do not embrace the religion of the truth, being among those who have been given the Book, until they pay tribute out of hand and have been humiliated. (Koran 9.29),
After the final coming of Prophet Jesus, nothing but Islam will be accepted from them, that is because the taking of the poll tax is only effective until Jesus' descent - peace be upon him, and this has been Divinely revealed in the Law of Prophet Muhammad - may Allah venerate him and give him peace.
The final coming of Jesus does not constitute a separate Divinely revealed law, he will rule with the law of Prophet Muhammad may Allah venerate him and give him peace - because he said:
Authority among the Children of Israel was exercised by prophets. When a prophet died, he was succeeded by another prophet. I will not be succeeded by a prophet, but there will be caliphs after me, a large number of them. He as asked,
"I am the last, there will be no prophet after me,"
this does not contradict the final coming of Jesus peace be upon him - since he will not rule according to the Evangel, but as a follower of our Prophet - may Allah venerate him and give him peace.

9.9.9 Regarding others:
The caliph fights all other peoples until they become Muslim because they are not a people with a Book, nor honored as such, and are not permitted to settle with paying the poll tax (jizya). However, according to the Hanafi school, peoples of all other religions, even idol worshippers, are permitted to live under the protection of the Islamic state if they either become Muslim or agree to pay the poll tax, the sole exceptions to which are apostates from Islam and idol worshippers who are Arabs, neither of whom has any choice but becoming Muslim (al-Hidaya sharh Bidaya al-mubtadi' (y-21),
