Hejsan kära vänner,

Under tiden jag har varit medlem här så har jag genomgått en hel del personlig utveckling. Där kanske inte UM varit primära arena för att göra denna utveckling - men jag har lärt mig massor även hör med er.

Jag är rätt så medveten om den etablerade bilden om mig här på sidan - och tänkte dela med mig exklusiv om något annorlunda bild av vem jag är som person.

ASSERTIVE, POISED AND FRIENDLY
He behaves in a confident and forceful manner, take charge of the situation, stand up for what he thinks is right, and lead others. He have no interest in fading into the woodwork, leaving everything to fate, taking more time than necessary to accomplish a task, or avoiding confrontation.

He tends to feel at home wherever he finds himself, even in unfamiliar settings, with new people. It takes a lot to rattle him, and when rattled - he recover quickly and gracefully.

He would rather hang out with others than spend time alone, and he'd far rather be doing something with his friends than just sitting around. He's happy in a crowded room, club, stadium, or auditorium.

WARM, UNDERSTANDING AND EMPATHETIC
He has a genuine interest in other people. He’s a natural host, and is always thinking about how he can increase the happiness of those around him. When friends have problems or are in trouble, he’s usually the first person they turn to for aid and comfort.

He is willing to take the time to find out what's going on with other people, especially if they're in distress. He’s a good listener, he doesn’t criticize, and he offer unbiased, respectful, honest advice when it's requested.

He is in touch with his own feelings, which helps put him in touch with the feelings of others.
 
FOCUSED, CAREFREE AND EFFICIENT
He knows how to lock in on what's important. He quickly prepares for a task, he doesn’t procrastinate, and he don't let up until the job is done to his satisfaction.

He does what he needs to do, without demanding that he be perfect. The world isn't flawless and he doesn’t feel the need to pretend that he can make it flawless in his own little way. Therefore, he doesn’t examine everything with a microscope and are comfortable cutting him and others a lot of slack.

He is very well organized, even a bit anal. He likes to stick to his plans and finish on deadline, wasting as little time as possible in the process.

OPTIMISTIC, CALM AND STEADY
He is a "glass half-full" kind of person, always on the lookout for the silver lining. His happiness is contagious, which is why others like to be around him.

He rarely become irritated, generally accept people as they are, take things as they come, and feel relaxed in most situations.

He is a reasonable kind of person; no one would describe you as a loose cannon. Even when everyone around him is losing it, he can be counted on to keep his cool and offer calm guidance.

INNOVATIVE, COMPETENT AND ASTUTE
He comes up with a lot of ideas; if one doesn't work out, there's always another waiting in the wings. He often has interesting solutions to difficult problems. He’s practically a one-person brainstorming session.

He strives to master everything he undertakes. He tends to learn quickly and do not shy away from challenges.

He is a quick study. He generally doesn’t need to have things explained to him more than once. When presented with a problem, he will often have an instant understanding of where to look for the solution.
